Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Mona Erickson and I have been teaching Kindergarten at Bruce Vento since 2013.  I love our engaged students, welcoming staff, and supportive administration team.  I am married and currently have two little boys.  We also have a dog and a cat at home which makes for a busy family life.  As a family we enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and fishing, especially during our nice summer months.

I attended University of Minnesota Duluth for my undergraduate degree and obtained my Bachelors' degree in Psychology.  I obtained my teaching license and completed my Masters' degree at Hamline University in Education.  The college my classroom has adopted for NEU is the University of Minnesota Duluth.  

I look forward to another fantasitc year teaching Kindergarten at Bruce Vento!
