Welcome to the Library
The library is the place to be! It is a place to find great books to read and a place to work. Come and check out us out. We would love to answer any questions that you have.
The SPPS Library Media Program strives to develop life-long learners who are effective users of ideas and information.
LIBRARY BOOK CIRCULATION POLICY
Students may check out 1-2 library books each week. Books may be kept for up to two weeks without being overdue.
Please help your student remember to return their library books on time, so they may check out a new book each week.
If a student finishes their book before their next library day, they may visit the library with a pass from their teacher to select a new library book.
Overdue notices are given to classroom teachers to be sent home with students. We ask families to help their student look for their overdue books whenever they receive an overdue notice, and to pay for lost materials or contact Mrs. Thiets about ways to replace a lost book.
