Greetings and Salutations!

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Chris Baumhover and I am excited to be a part of Mississippi Creative Arts School!  As an English Language Development teacher I have the great pleasure of collaborating with a great team of teachers to help students improve their English communication skills through all content areas – including the arts. I love to write, sing, paint, act and dance right along with our students!

When I am not working and playing with students, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband, Dan, and I are the parents of two (now adult) boys. We also have an active cat. She keeps us entertained. My newest passions are organic gardening and cooking. My husband says I am getting pretty good at it!
