I have taught Physical Education at Obama Elem since 2012 and been in the SPPS district since 2008. Previously I worked as a teacher at St. Anthony Park Elementary, Highland Park Middle and High-School.

I have coached several sports inside and outside SPPS district over that span including football, hockey and baseball. Currently I coach hockey at the Blake School where I am a varsity assistant for the boys team.

I am also a former student of SPPS, growing up in St. Paul I attended Mississippi Creative Arts Magnet, Murray Jr. High, and Como Park High-School. I went on to play hockey at Augsburg College in Minneapolis and received a BA in Physical Education.

I am excited about the coming school year, working with the incredible staff and scholars here at Obama!
