Hello! My name is Melissa Anglum and I am a first grade teacher.  I graduated from Marquette University in Wisconsin with a degree in Elementary Education. I started teaching in 1993 and have been a first grade teacher since 1998.  

This year your child will have homework each night.  To help strengthen their reading skills they will need to read and write a response on the homework sheet.  Included on the back of the sheet will be math homework relating to the skills we are working on in the current unit.  Please help by checking your child's backpack each night for the homework folder and reminding them to return the folder to school the next day.
