Degrees and Certifications:
I strongly believe all students achieve more and have the confidence to reach their learning potential through the foundation of positve relationships at school. The skills, behaviors, and mindsets necessary to establish and maintain those positive relationships are the foundation of the school counseling services and support I work to provide for all SPMA students each day. I see myself as a bridge to connecting students, who call me Ms. Keela, to successful lifelong learning through supporting, encouraging, and helping build skills to achieve their dreams.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master's of Education in Community and Career Counseling, both from Colorado State University, as well as completed K-12 School Counseling Licensure and at the University of Minnesota.
If there is anything I can do to support your student's learning this school year or if you have questions about Elementary School Counseling, please do not hesitate to contact me!
Kindly, Ms. Keela
