ACTIVE & FIT- Gym discounts, exercise videos too!

Instructions for Active and Fit gym options (LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Xperience, YWCA, Anytime Fitness):

Go to Healthpartners.com and log in to your account. If you haven’t set this up yet, you will need to make an account. Most of us have used HP either through health or dental insurance—you will need that card to make an account. Once you are in, search for “Living Well Healthy Discounts”, click on Active and Fit and make an account (AGAIN)—it’ll ask you security questions and everything. I recommend saving the password to your computer because it’ll automatically log you out within 5 (or so) minutes of inactivity. Then on Active and Fit, click “find my gym” and type in your zip code. You will find options in the bottom left of the screen (can be hard to see, you may have to expand your screen and scroll in the very bottom corner!)
