ACTIVE & FIT- Gym discounts, exercise videos too!
Instructions for Active and Fit gym options (LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Xperience, YWCA, Anytime Fitness):
Go to Healthpartners.com and log in to your account. If you haven’t set this up yet, you will need to make an account. Most of us have used HP either through health or dental insurance—you will need that card to make an account. Once you are in, search for “Living Well Healthy Discounts”, click on Active and Fit and make an account (AGAIN)—it’ll ask you security questions and everything. I recommend saving the password to your computer because it’ll automatically log you out within 5 (or so) minutes of inactivity. Then on Active and Fit, click “find my gym” and type in your zip code. You will find options in the bottom left of the screen (can be hard to see, you may have to expand your screen and scroll in the very bottom corner!)

Beginning July 1, 2025 - SPPS will be moving to a new vendor for EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services. Please discard SandCreek materials and replace with ComPsych GuidanceResources content.
The company code for ComPsych services is SPPS.
ComPsych’s offerings include:
- 5 free counseling sessions, per issue, per year
- Work/Life services for family, legal, or financial help
- Well-Being Coaching, including for topics like burnout, time management, coping with stress
- Website/App: Mindfulness practices, 24/7 chat with a counseling, interactive group “Huddles”
- Critical incident support: on-site and virtual access to internal expert-staffed critical incident department for group and individual de-briefings and counseling. Contact the Benefits Department for coordination.
