Superintendent's Column
As SPPS looks for its next permanent leader, the idea of change came up often in parent, student, and educator feedback. Leading through change is an essential skill for the next superintendent of the state’s second-largest and most racially diverse school district. While choosing the right person for this job is essential, changing outcomes for all kids and upholding the promises we have made to the next generation is hard work, and it takes all of us.
