Just like a space launch needs engineers, mathematicians, and physicists to work together to send astronauts into space, families, schools, and communities need to work together for children’s learning to take off. Our district has initiated opportunities outlined in this plan, so our staff can work in partnership with families to build strong relationships to help their students succeed

Ombudsperson
Om•buds•person n.
A person who listens to and investigates complaints against Saint Paul Public Schools, its programs, offices and staff.
The Ombudsperson does not take sides. She works with parents, community members and the school district to clarify and resolve questions, concerns and complaints in a fair and timely manner. The services of the Ombudsperson are free.
The Ombudsperson is here to help you as an objective, third party who works with you to listen, investigate, clarify, and resolve your questions, concerns and complaints about Saint Paul Public Schools.
