Hmong Parent Advisory Council

 

HPAC

It is the Hmong Parent Advisory Council's vision to empower Hmong parents and students to help solve the achievement gap between Hmong students and their peers. We support student services and family education as resources to improve our children's education.  Our mission is to build a strong relationship between Hmong parents and Saint Paul Public Schools, so when parents have concerns they are willing to express their needs so we can help them.
