Academic and Educational

• Saint Paul Public Library
  The Saint Paul Public Library is the cornerstone of our thriving city. We welcome people of all ages and cultures, strengthen neighborhoods and communities, and connect everyone to a work of knowledge. You are never more than a few miles away from a Saint Paul Public Library. We have 13 locations throughout Saint Paul and a Bookmobile that makes stops at schools and neighborhoods all over the city. The library is the community's place to learn, explore, and participate in activities ranging from storytimes for kids to computer classes for adults. Nearly all library events, classes, and services are free. Serves all ages.

• Learning Express Library is another great tool. You can practice math problems, reading comprehension, writing and science. There are practice tests for GED, ACT, SAT, citizenship, basic computer skills and much more. 

Early Childhood (birth to 5 years old)

• Community Action Head Start and Early Head Start

We offer family, health and education services to families with pregnant moms, and children from birth to 5 years in Ramsey County for free. Serves children from birth to 5 years and pregnant moms. 651-603-6445
