COVID-19 Student and Family Guidelines
SPPS will require masks for all people in a school setting (ages 2+), including all teachers, staff, students and visitors, regardless of vaccination status. Families should familiarize themselves with the SPPS COVID-19 Student and Family Guidelines, which are updated regularly and cover prevention strategies, health screening and monitoring, and the SPPS COVID-19 Reporting System.
We invite you to connect with staff during parent conferences. The Fall parent conference date is Thursday, October 28 from 4pm-8pm. The conferences will be virtual. Please go to the link below to sign up and get the access code to participate in the conference. Conference time with teachers is limited to 5 minutes in length, please respect that time limit and be on time so other parent’s time slots are respected. You are highly encouraged to have your child attend with you as well. Interpreters will be available. Prior to becoming principal at Highland Park I was principal at Murray Junior High School for nine years.
