I am a product of the Minneapolis Public Schools, graduating from Minneapolis South. I recieved my BA from University of MN-Twin Cities, my M.A. from the University of Saint Thomas, and my Reading Specialist degree from St. Mary's University.

I have worked in Saint Paul for eighteen years as a Reading, Social Studies and AVID Teacher; as well as a Literacy and Instructional Coach I started working at Harding in 2007 as a Reading teacher. I currently teach AVID 9 and 11, as well as provide Literacy and Instructional Coaching.
