The purpose of the PTO is to encourage parents to assist with various school activities/functions/services, provide financial assistance where needs are identified within the school, foster a community atmosphere, and support the mission and vision of the school and school district.PTO Meetings are held at Eastern Heights Elementary on the 1st Tuesday of each month. The meetings begin at 5:00 and generally run for an hour. We meet to discuss best ways to support students at school. Topics generally discussed include: planning Family Nights, fundraising events, planning/ exploring school purchases for classrooms, promoting our school in the community, and increasing parents/ teachers/ staff/ community partnerships.
