Discovery Club is fee-based child care before and after school administered by the Community Education Department of Saint Paul Public Schools.
Early Childhood Screening (ECS) is a program that helps you see how your child is developing before they enter Kindergarten. ECS is FREE to all children ages 3, 4, and 5-year olds and is required by Minnesota law for all children before entering Kindergarten.
The Office of Early Learning coordinates the Pre-Kindergarten Program and is responsible for providing support and education for staff and families to ensure high quality education for children the year before Kindergarten to prepare them for school success.
We provide special education and related services according to the mandates of the Federal Individual with Disabilities Education Act (2004) and the State of Minnesota's rules and statutes.
