IB Art Summer Asignment

Art allows people to grow in exciting and authentic ways while refining technical and creative skills.  Minnesota artist Wing Young Huie said that art can be a window and a mirror.  Through art, we may see others more clearly and we may also better understand ourselves.  Art helps people to explore Visible and Visual Thinking, which include imagination and truthseeking.  Our studio time together develops widely useful Habits of Mind like observation and persistence.  I can not wait to see you in class and continue learning together!
