Students Learn About Job Opportunities in the Trades During Career Exploration Day

Recently, Construct Tomorrow hosted SPPS high school students who received a hands-on introduction to construction jobs from painters, plumbers, electricians and other professionals. The career exploration day at the Fort Snelling Base Camp included apprenticeship skill instructors, prime and sub-contractors, government labor and workforce development specialists and youth educators. The Program seeks to expand career options for students and help prepare the emerging workforce to be successful.
