Register Horace Mann School Students for Summer Session

SUMMER LEARNING PROGRAMS 2022 GRADES K-5 REGISTRATION

SPPS’s Grades K-5 Summer Learning Programs (SLP) offer program choices for students to strengthen academic and social emotional skills, discover talents and interests, and make new friends. See 2022 Summer Learning Programs Calendar & Descriptions. Bookmark spps.org/summer to check for updates.

How are targeted students identified?

SPPS’s Department of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment (REA) used the following criteria to identify targeted students for participation: 1.) English Language Learner; 2.) Homeless; 3.) Promise Neighborhood Resident; or, 4.) Available standardized test results between the 5th-75th percentile. See MN ALC Eligibility Requirements for additional eligibility criteria.

Due to learning loss and social emotional needs resulting from the pandemic, student eligibility is likely beyond students identified by REA, so additional students who would benefit from attending may register.
