SPECIAL NOTICE FROM THE BOARD OF EDUCATION

In the Matter of a Closed Meeting Regarding Labor Negotiations

District No. 625

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 123B.09, Subdivision 6, does hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 625, Saint Paul Public Schools, to be held and convened on Monday, February 27, 2023 beginning at 4:30 p.m. in Conference Room 5A of the Administration Building located at 360 Colborne Street, during which by majority public vote the Board shall move into a closed session to consider strategy for labor negotiations, including negotiation strategies, developments, discussion, and review of labor negotiation proposals for all bargaining units including ASAP, Educational Assistants, Machinists, Nutrition Services Personnel, Principals, School and Community Service Professionals, Teachers, MMSA, PEA, SPSO, AFSCME, Bus Drivers, CCEA, Custodians, Tri-Council, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Cement Masons, Electricians, Glaziers, Painters, Pipe fitters, Plasterers, Plumbers, Roofers, Sheet Metal Workers, and Tri-Council Temps., as is provided for by Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.03

Following the closed session, the Board shall continue in open session and, if necessary, shall discuss and take action with respect to labor negotiations.
