Register for Extended Day Learning
Extended Day for Learning (EDL/EDL Plus) are free programs that offer students academic support and learning activities. The programs begin the week of October 24, 2022 and are held immediately before or after school for 1.75 hours, two days per week, through the end of May. Visit spps.org/alted to view the Elementary EDL and EDL Plus Calendars for program dates and times. Programs are led by licensed teachers and community experts. A snack will be provided.
EDL Plus is a collaborative program between the Department of Alternative Education and Community Education. These programs offer students an after school learning opportunity that provides hands-on, project-based experiences that engage students in topics they are interested in. Students must attend EDL days to qualify for EDL Plus.
