New iPad Support Process

Beginning Monday, October 4, we are implementing the following process for iPad support for SPPS Online School students and families.

 

As identified in the graphic below, your teacher will always be your first contact for issues with your iPad. If your teacher is unable to help you, they will direct you to Family Tech Support. Family Tech Support is amazing and has the ability to address most login and app issues. If Family Tech Support cannot fix the problem, they will help you schedule an appointment to pick up a replacement iPad. The iPad replacement appointment will take place at Obama Elementary School (707 Holly Ave., St. Paul, MN 55104), where SPPS Online School staff will have an iPad waiting for you with all the apps you need to have fun learning.
