Metro Transit Updates

Hello Harding Students and Families:

We understand that the distribution of the Metro Transit Student Passes has required more time than anticipated, and so Metro Transit will continue to accept student riders without a "Go-To" Student Pass until Friday, October 1, 2021.

On Wednesday, September 29th during Advisory class, students will receive their Metro Transit "Go-To" Student Passes and instructions on the code of conduct for cardholders, including:

  • Student Passes are good for the entire school year.
  • Students must report lost or stolen cards to Harding’s main office, and the card will be deactivated.
  • The fee to replace a Student Pass is $5.
  • Student riders must agree to Metro-Transit’s Code of Conduct.  Families should review the attached code of conduct with their student rider(s).
  • Masks are required on Public Transportation until further notice.
  • We will continue to update you with Transportation information this year through emails and our newsletter.

Again, it is important that students are in their advisory class on Wednesday. Thank you for your patience during this time of change and for ensuring your students get to school every day.
