Materials Distribution Days (Sept 2 - Sept 4)
Dear Global Arts Plus Families,
With Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) starting the 2020-21 school year in distance learning for all students, there are learning materials our students will need before the start of this school year.
SPPS has developed a plan to have student learning materials available for curbside pick up at our school in a streamlined manner while following social distancing guidelines. Student supplies such as: PreK Kits; ECSE Home Learning Kits; iPads (for new scholars); School Supply kits (K-5) and 3M Bag of school supplies for grades 6-8 will be assembled for pickup.
The scheduled time frames for curbside pickup at Global Arts Plus are:
Wednesday, September 2 - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday, September 3 - 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Friday, September 4 - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
All families are welcome to stop by at the date / time that works best for their schedule. I ask that families stay in their vehicle and line up to receive your student’s items. At the Lower Campus (1023 Osceola Avenue), students in grades PreK, 3rd & 4th will line up facing west on Osceola Avenue and receive items from the front entrance. For students in grades K, 1st or 2nd, line up facing north on Oxford Avenue and receive items out of Door #12 where the bus drop off is located.
At the Upper Campus (810 Palace Avenue), families should line up facing north on Clifton Avenue to receive items from the cafeteria door #4.
A staff member will meet you at your vehicle to assist with delivering the appropriate materials for your student(s).
