Updated Walk! Bike! Fun! Educator Training Now Available
It is now easier than ever to become a Walk! Bike! Fun! (WBF) trained educator with BikeMN's updated three-part training:
Part One is a 2 - 3 hour on-line, self-paced training and contains learning about Safe Routes to School, Equity and Justice, an overview of the curriculum, and a deep dive into rules of the road. There are videos, quizzes, discussion questions, and time for reflection.
Part Two of the Walk! Bike! Fun! curriculum training is a 60-90 minute live Zoom session with BikeMN's WBF Instructors, time for discussion of concepts learned, and preparation for Part Three.
Part Three will be in-person, on-bike training for 3-4 hours to have teachers and educators teach and practice activities from the curriculum that students will experience.
Educators can earn 7 CEUs by completing the three-part Walk Bike Fun Educator training. Register here for Part One of the new WBF Educator Training!
