Virtual Graduation Ceremony
SPPS will be hosting virtual graduations for the Class of 2020. Washington's virtual graduation ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. You can access the virtual graduation ceremony livestream by clicking on this link: https://bit.ly/2AZ1LcR
Below are invites with the livestream link that you can download and share with your families and friends to invite them to Washington's virtual graduation ceremony:
Washington Technology Magnet School's Virtual Graduation playbacks will be on Cable Channel 16 (Educational Access).
Dates: July 19 and 26; August 2 and 9
Time: 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Diploma and iPad Return
Seniors will be holding onto their iPad until after the virtual graduation ceremony. Seniors will return their iPad and pick up their Diploma at Washington on either Thursday, June 4th or Friday, June 5th, from 7AM to 3PM. You must return your iPad and charger to receive your Diploma.
If Seniors had any belongings that were left in lockers or medications and supplies left in the Health Office, it will be cleaned out by staff, bagged, labeled, and assembled for pickup. No students or families will be allowed entry into school buildings to retrieve personal items.
Following social distancing guidelines, families will be asked to stay in their vehicle, follow signs for how to enter Washington's parking lot and line up to receive your personal items. Please look for signs and check-in table. Please allow at least six feet of space between others when waiting in line.
If you have library books at home, please bring them with to return. If you have any other items that belong to Washington (sports equipment, uniforms, classroom item, etc.), please bring them with to drop off too.
