“You have to start your high school career trying, because you can’t take college classes during high school if your GPA doesn’t hold up. I’ve taken AP (Advanced Placement) Biology, three classes via College in the Schools, and a five-credit Certified Nursing Assistant course at Saint Paul College through PSEO (Post Secondary Enrollment Options). We did clinicals at Episcopal Church Home, which really ensured I was on the right track. Next year I plan to go to the U of M-Rochester. I want to be a pediatrician.” --Jackie, senior at Washington.
